Brentwood Senior Citizens Brunch Celebrates Community Connections

Brentwood’s annual Senior Citizens Brunch brought generations together for a heartwarming morning of music, conversation and community spirit.

The event featured student performances by McGrath Elementary School first grade singers, the Mark Twain Elementary School fifth grade recorder ensemble, the Brentwood Middle School choir and the Brentwood High School jazz band. Guests also enjoyed a breakfast buffet and received district updates from Superintendent Dr. Amy Zielinski and Board of Education President Lindsay Spencer.

Student volunteers from Brentwood Middle and High School also helped welcome guests, serve food and guide visitors, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for everyone in attendance.

“Community support is the foundation of everything we do,” said Dr. Zielinski. “Events like this remind us just how connected we are — and how powerful those connections can be for our students, our schools and our future.”
